Risk is an uncertain condition that can result in quantifiable damage, injury, liability, loss, or any other negative occurrence that is caused by external or internal vulnerabilities, and that may be avoided through preemptive action.  


Business Role is required to determine the responsibilities associated an individual for execution of a Process/ Activity. It is the usual or expected function of an actor, or the part somebody or something plays in a particular action or event. An actor may have a number of roles.

Root Cause

The underlying factor that leads to a specific outcome, primarily associated with a non-conformance.
